Future Plans

We are extremely fortunate to buy this house from the previous owners, Robert and Margaret Smith, who made such a beautiful job of renovating it to the highest of standards. As you will have seen from the photos the house and immediate area is in immaculate condition.

However we have a lovely old stone barn to renovate which will include a custom built art studio.

There is a lovely large garden with beautiful flower beds, and this will be landscaped to make more pockets of beauty for you to sit and paint.

In the field close to the house there are wonderful views towards Villa Minozzo. This will be planted with fruit trees and vines. David will have an observatory there to look at the stars at night. There will also be a sculpture courtyard with kilns so that we can offer courses in sculpture too.
