Pheona and David welcome lovers of painting, art, nature, Italy and all things beautiful, to our idyllic home, set in theTuscan-Emilian National Park amid the breath-taking scenery of the local countryside.

We offer art holidays and courses throughout the year and will tailor the course to suit our guests. You can look at our calendar for a rough idea of dates, but we find that, as our students come from all over the world, they arrive on different dates and stay for various periods of time. This is fine by us and we will do our best to accommodate you at the time that suits you.
Also, as Pheona is a very experienced artist and tutor in a wide range of
art mediums, and to a very high level, she can teach or help you in your artistic
endeavours whatever level you may be, from beginner to very advanced.
Really, everyone can learn to paint or draw given the right tuition and encouragement and it is amazing the skills you will learn in only one week.
Most of our guests want a holiday painting locally with individual tuition
to help improve their artwork. We have a range of specific courses, such as
Beginners, Portraiture and Life Drawing, and also have a variety of 'Adventures
for Artists'. The latter are courses designed to challenge the more experienced
artist. Other guests arrive just hoping to improve, or add some sparkle to
their work, and quite often Pheona will create an individual 'painting plan'
for them to work on during the week.
We also like to give you a taste of real Italian life and so visits to the local market, pasta making, going to local 'festas' and trips to nearby places of interest can be included in your holiday.
Art equipment and materials are provided in the all inclusive price of £800.
